Lil’ silver martini

5 cl D Argentum, 1.5 cl Lillet Blanc, stirred. Lemon grass garnish

The Martini. We touched on this earlier. I believe the art of making a Martini is to do as little as possible with it. If you really take the genre seriously, it’s about a vermouth, a liquor, and something or other in the background that changes everything without shifting the focus. I think in this respect, this drink does just that.

• 5 cl D Argentum
• 1.5 cl Lillet Blanc

Stir over ice and strain into an ice-cold glass, garnish with lemon grass, just the green stem, cut attractively, rub it around the top of the glass and set it in the glass, with one end extending beyond the glass..
