Apple sorbet with aquavit

Use a sorbet made from sweet apple juice, and together with the bitter/salty/sharp taste, it is the perfect ending to a great meal.

  • 2 scoops of apple sorbet (sweet)
  • 2 cl D Aurum aquavit
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt


  1. Dip a glass in the lemon juice and then in salt.
  2. Put the apple sorbet in the glass and pour in aquavit.
  3. Let the mix melt to a slush ice consistency.
  4. Serve immediately. If preferred, serve with some lightly toasted, caramelised nuts.
