Champagne drink with dill, lime and aquavit
Perfect for lunch, especially at Easter when lots of fish are served.
A dry Sekt has been used in the recipe, but a standard sparkling champagne is just as good.

Ingredients:
- 2 dl crushed ice
- 3 cl. lime juice
- 2 cl D Argentum aquavit
- Fresh dill
- Lime slices
- Cucumber slices
- Dry sparkling wine
Method:
- Put ice, lime juice and aquavit in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Pour into a glass, mix in lime slices, cucumber slices and fresh dill.
- Fill glass with champagne.
